Since his first harvest in 2009, Kris has been blessed to work with several renowned Santa Barbara County winemakers. After years of learning techniques from each he started his own winery, Civilization Wine Company. With a focus on Burgundy and Rhone varietals, he crafts old-world style wines that are designed to be shared with friends over a meal while enabling long term cellaring with their style and structure.
